Return Policy

All items are Not Returnable For Credit where items : 

  • – Have Been Fitted,

  • – Package damaged or soiled,

  • – Damage or failure arising from incorrect fitting,

  • – Misuse,

  • – Accidental damage,

  • – Incorrect information given at order point, OR

  • – Specially procured items


No credit on goods returned after 60 days.


Items Marked (NSL) Non-Stock Line, will incure a Handling Fee when returned, Subject to Suppliers Credit Terms.


A Restocking fee of 20% will be charged on goods returned between 30-60 day and a further 20% if product needs 

repacking / cleaning.

Due to the alarming number of credits being returned, our suppliers have implemented these new credit policies , which we unfortunately have to pass on.
