All items are Not Returnable For Credit where items :

– Package damaged or soiled,

– Damage or failure arising from incorrect fitting,

– Misuse,

– Accidental damage,

– Incorrect information given at order point, OR

– Specially procured items
No credit on goods returned after 60 days.
Items Marked (NSL) Non-Stock Line, will incure a Handling Fee when returned, Subject to Suppliers Credit Terms.
A Restocking fee of 20% will be charged on goods returned between 30-60 day and a further 20% if product needs
repacking / cleaning.
